Product Quality Guarantee
AG•Genesis Sdn. Bhd. (herein refers to company) is committed to provide international quality products at a reasonable price. The company shall replace defective or damaged products sold to distributors or customers. However, this guarantee does not cover tampered, contaminated, misused or expired products.

Cooling-off Period
With any purchase of products worth RM 300 and above, customers will be given TEN (10) days of cooling-off period. No deposit shall be made during this period.

Product Guarantee and Buy-Back Policy

  1. AG•Genesis will be prepared to guarantee retail customers a refund or replacement for defective goods sold within a period of 90 days from the date of purchase.
  2. According to this product guarantee, the appointed distributor who received any returned goods have to return them to the Head Office. The goods shall be in good condition, usable, resaleable and restorable.
  3. The following flow chart depicts the line of responsibility for our product guarantee:
    Customer > Distributor > Leader > AG.Genesis
  4. AG•Genesis’s product guarantee and buy-back policy takes effect from the date of purchase by the distributor for a valid period of 90 days. Beyond this period, the company will not bear any responsibility.
  5. Upon receiving the returned goods, the company shall deduct from the reimbursable amount, the bonuses paid and service and delivery fee amounting to 10% of the distributor’s price of products sold. The balance due shall be paid by cheque to the respective distributor.

Method of Purchase

  1. Distributors must purchase AG•Genesis products directly from AG•Genesis headquarters, branches, stockist centres or mobile stockists.
  2. All transactions should be paid by cash. Distributors should demand a receipt for all purchases.
  3. Distributors are not allowed to sell AG•Genesis products or distribute them overseas, unless prior written approval is obtained from the company.
  4. The company does not sell its products to non AG•Genesis distributors.
  5. Distributors may order AG•Genesis products through the internet.

The AG•Genesis Code of Ethics

Every distributor who launches his/her direct selling business should abide by AG•Genesis Distributor Code of Ethics that aim to establish or enhance the reputation and image of the company. AG•Genesis reserves the right to terminate the distributorship of any distributors who are found in breach of its Code of Ethics or do not adhere to our policies and procedures.

  1. To strictly abide by the principles of honesty, truthfulness and etiquette. To promote a culture of loving, caring and team spirit adopted by AG•Genesis.
  2. To abide by the Direct Selling Law and the policies and procedures set by AG•Genesis, at all times.
  3. Do not resort to unethical means in conducting direct sales and refrain from damaging the Direct Selling industry, the company or its distributors.
  4. Be sincere when presenting AG•Genesis's marketing plan to friends and be committed to achieve sales objectives.
  5. Do not criticise or pass slanderous remarks on other companies or distributors. Be loyal to the company.
  6. To abide by the retail price set by the company and do not resort to price overcharging or undercutting for achievement of personal benefits.
  7. It is forbidden to use the company’s resources to conduct any business that competes with AG•Genesis.
  8. Be committed to the image building of AG•Genesis and strive to fulfill the needs of customers and downlines in order to achieve customer satisfaction with the company, its products and service.
