HOW TO DO AUDIO AND VIDEO SETTINGS

To fully utilize AG Cyber, you require a headset with a microphone, earpiece, and two plugs at the end of the headset cord. You may also use a separate microphone and speaker. It is advisable not to use the built-in microphone or web camera as you will encounter a lot of noise from the keyboard and fan.

AUDIO SETTING

1. Open the Volume Control window on the bottom right side of the window tray (Picture 1.0). Left click twice on Volume Control icon or go to Control Panel - Sound and Audio Devices.
   
   
2. Set all the functions into MUTE mode EXCEPT Volume Control and Wave . (Picture 1.1)

   

3. Next, click options and properties (Picture 1.1) and tick Microphone and click OK to exit. (Picture 1.2)
   
   
   
4. You will see new setting of Recording Control as shown in Picture 1.3.
   
   

1. Install your web camera driver before plug in the USB Web Camera. Now, you are ready to login to AG Cyber.
2. Before using AG Cyber services, you are advisable to close all programs using video.
   
   
3. When you login to AG Cyber, the system will prompt you to select a proper video source for first time only.
