Basic Troubleshooting Guide

 


If your broadband connection bandwidth speed is lower than 256Kbps, here are some of the common problems you might encounter while using AG Meet.

• frequent disconnections.
• voice breaking or delay.
• video lagging.
• slow downloading.
• echo sound.

You may try to get some solutions below.

• Log off and login the system again.
• Refresh the modem – off and on it after 5 minutes.
• Close all unrelated programs or applications.
• Scan for virus and spyware regularly. Virus and spywares can consume network bandwidth.
• If the bandwidth is still too low , You may need to contact your Internet Service Provider.
