| This test was conducted on artificial gastric acids that were set at the pH of 2.1. |
The results show that Dual-Coated Bacteria still have a ratio of 60% of the total initial count after 120 minutes
and the uncoated bacteria lost almost all of their activity after 30 minutes. Therefore, the Dual-Coated LAB
can still go to the intestines with high activity. |

| High Temperature Test |
The results obtained from the heat stability test at the temperature of 60°C. Under a high temperature the dual coated LAB can survive for 1 hour by maintaining the bacteria count between 20 to 60 minutes. Therefore, the dual coated technology can protect the bacteria from high temperature. |
